1. Company's Advantages in Adhesives: The company utilizes the "Nanya" brand of specialized adhesives produced by Formosa Plastics Group. Its bonding principle differs from that of other domestic brands of adhesives. The bonding principle is as follows: PVC powder is dissolved in a special solvent, which corrodes the surface of pipes and fittings when applied. The molecules re-fuse together, and after the solvent evaporates, the pipes and fittings become integrated. The bonded area is stronger than the pipe material itself.
2. The adhesive specifications that the company can supply are:

There are six kinds, including 80 grams, 350 grams, 410 grams, 700 grams, 770 grams, and 1000 grams.

① Before applying adhesive, it is necessary to clean the adhesive surface of the pipeline thoroughly. If the adhesive surface is not clean, such as oil stains, moisture, dust, etc., it will reduce the force.
② When applying the adhesive, it must be evenly distributed, especially at the ends of the female and male pipes. In addition, when the temperature is high, the adhesive should be applied and inserted quickly to avoid the adhesive having dried and solidified before insertion. When the temperature is low, after applying the adhesive, wait for some solvents to evaporate and the viscosity to increase before inserting.
③ During the curing process of the adhesive (at least 2 hours), the adhesive should not be shaken. After bonding, wait for at least 72 hours before water can be applied (pressure testing should be conducted in accordance with national regulations).
④ After applying adhesive and fitting, if there is any overflow (extrusion) of adhesive at the fitting, it must be wiped clean. Otherwise, the area may soften and lose its original compressive strength due to excessive adhesive soaking.
⑤ Do not use if there is poor fluidity after opening the bottle cap.
⑥ Appropriate protective tools should be used during construction to avoid irritation to the eyes, skin, and respiratory tract. If waste disposal is required, it should be incinerated in an incinerator or disposed of in a qualified landfill to avoid affecting the environment.
