Nan Ya Plastics Industry (Zhengzhou) Co., Ltd. is a major plastic pipe manufacturing base established by Taiwan’s Formosa Plastics Group in Zhengzhou, Henan Province, China. The facility covers approximately 8 hectares (19.8 acres) and represents a total investment of US$20 million. Construction began in September 2004, and commercial production commenced in March 2007. Today, the facility operates 16 automated production lines with an annual production capacity of 42,000 metric tons, making it one of the leading plastic pipe manufacturing bases in central China. Nan Ya’s experience in pipe manufacturing dates back to 1958. Our product portfolio includes five main categories—PVC, PE, PP-R, PPH and PE-RT—with diameters ranging from 20 mm to 630 mm. These products are widely used in potable water supply, building services, landscaping, municipal infrastructure and chemical processing. In March, the construction of the factory area was completed
On March 1st, the first pipe was rolled off the production line
On March 15th, the first batch of pipe materials was sold and shipped out of the factory

On January 21st, construction of the pile foundation structure of the main factory building began
On March 13th, a groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of the main factory building was held
